‘It is suitable for anyone and delivers brilliant results without hours in the gym’
Gym users in Cornwall are in for a real treat as they head back into their fitness regimes following Christmas. St Mellion Estate, near Saltash, is unveiling its’ new gym which uses the latest high tech gizmos to ensure your training consistently hits the mark.
The team unveiled the completely reimagined £400,000 fitness space just before Christmas. They explain their goal is to ‘enhance fitness, elevate wellness and redefine the gym experience.’
One of the project’s key aims was to blend the gym into the stunning surroundings of the St Mellion Golf course. The team explain the goal is for users to enjoy their workout in a ‘calm and contemporary environment that feels both inspiring and restorative.’
Designed in collaboration with interior specialists Boaz, the space uses natural tones and layered lighting to create a setting that supports both physical performance and overall wellbeing.
At the heart of The Gym at St. Mellion is Cornwall’s first EGYM smart fitness and wellbeing system. It adapts to each user to allow them to gain a unique experience as it guides them through their workouts.
The onsite personal trainers explain the technology will allow members to train ‘smarter, safer and more effectively, whether they are returning to fitness, building confidence or pushing towards new performance goals.’
