Event to mark the start of Kindness Week
To celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Week, the Secrets from a Coach podcast is launching a series of ‘Kindness Cards.’
Designed to encourage kindness and inspiration for both individuals and teams, the cards give users an opportunity to pause, reflect and redirect their actions every day.
Each pack contains 30 cards, plus two additional bonus cards, to allow for someone to receive and read one for each day of the month.
They contain thoughtful quotes and practical tips to help handle life’s stresses and challenges. The ‘Call To Action’ outlined on the cards give users an opportunity to grow and practice new skills to support resilience, confidence and self-awareness.

‘It’s like having your very own wellness coach in a box! Our Kindness Cards can help you to stay motivated, grounded and always be kind to yourself,’ says Debbie Green, wellness coach at Wishfish and co-presenter of Secrets from a Coach.
‘Offering a few minutes of reflection and grounding, they’re a great way to learn, grow and take a breath during a busy day.’
‘You can use them on your own or with your team at work – and they make great gifts too. What random act of kindness can you do this week for yourself or others?’

Inspired by daily Instagram posts from Debbie Green, the Kindness Cards are available to buy for £10 per box plus postage and packaging via the Secrets from a Coach website.
Random Acts of Kindness Week: 14 – 20 February
Random Acts of Kindness Week runs from 14 to 20 February to encourage others to take time this week to really focus on kindness – and how they can dive deeper to spread kindness within their community.
Lasting a snackable 30 minutes, making it ideal for the commute, lunch break or even a well-deserved break for self-care and development, the ‘Secrets from a Coach’ podcast offers practical learning based on current realities.
A brand-new episode is published every Friday lunchtime, focusing on positive actions to help you thrive and maximise your potential in the ever-evolving workplace, and in life. The podcasts can be accessed via Spotify or Buzzsprout.
Previous podcasts have included episodes examining success: what it looks like and how do we get it.
