Panto cast in Plymouth: Briana Craig announced as fairest of all!

The Artist’s Briana Craig is taking the lead role in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs alongside Lesley Joseph, Rob Rinder, Andy Ford, Samuel Holmes and Scott Maurice.

Theatre Royal Plymouth (TRP) and Crossroads Pantomimes recently announced she was starring in the pantomime. She’s a familiar face in Plymouth having starred in The Artist at TRP in May.

Briana was joined by fellow pantomime co-stars Birds of a Feather’s Lesley Joseph as The Wicked Queen along with broadcaster and barrister Rob Rinder as The Man In The Mirror.

Comedian Andy Ford as performing as Muddles alongside West End stars Samuel Holmes and Scott Maurice as The Governess and The Prince.

Briana Craig starred as Peppy Miller in TRP’s co-production The Artist alongside Robbie Fairchild and Gary Wilmot, following roles in 42nd Street and Singin’ in the Rain.

Audiences are set for a real treat this year as the production features amazing special effects (including a smoking cauldron). Stunning sets and dazzling costumes are direct from The London Palladium.

The show itself is packed with comedy, enchanting songs and a host of toe tapping dance numbers.

Throw in a magical mirror, seven sidekicks and plenty of audience participation and you have the perfect recipe to outwit The Wicked Queen and let love prevail in this glittering family favourite!

‘Audiences are in for a treat!’

‘We’re so excited to welcome Briana back to the city,’ says James Mackenzie-Blackman, CEO & Executive Producer at Theatre Royal Plymouth.

‘She really shone in The Artist and made Peppy Miller her own, and we can’t wait to watch her become the fairest of them all as Snow White.’

‘It was wonderful to see all the cast in Plymouth. What an amazing line-up we have – our audiences are in for a treat!’

Mirror, mirror on the wall, don’t miss the fairest pantomime of them all! Tickets are on sale now for Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs which runs from Friday 13 December 2024 to Saturday 11 January 2025. TRP announced it would be staging the pantomime at the end of last year.
