Supporting companies across the UK, Europe and the USA

An award winning coaching company is today celebrating 20 years of delivering personal and team coaching to individuals and organisations across the UK, Italy, Malta, Portugal, France and the USA.

Wishfish started as ‘a leap of faith in 2005’ before evolving into a thriving coaching practice.

The team’s worked with a range of clients, from small startups to a host of top notch names, including Heathrow Airport, Air Charter Service, United Talent, Universal Music, ITV, Pepsi Lipton, TFG, Grenade, JLL, Hovis and McCarthy Stone.

Wishfish was born from a simple desire to give something back through coaching. By helping others build confidence and self-belief. It was born from the company tagline that ‘wishing is just the beginning.’

‘Twenty years ago, I had no plan, no financial backing, just a belief that I could give something back doing what I love,’ explains Debbie Green, founder and wellness coach at Wishfish.

‘I was tired of corporate life and burnout, and I wanted to help others build confidence and shine.’

‘The fact that we’re still here, still growing, and still working with amazing clients across so many different sectors is testament to the power of staying true to your purpose.’

‘Helping people to help themselves and others, is at the heart of everything we do and that will never change.’

A balanced sense of wellbeing and life-work harmony

Wishfish’s work means people have been supported through major life and career transitions.

And that includes making a positive difference for people leaving toxic relationships, engaging in complete career changes, setting up charities and businesses, gaining promotions, creating high performing teams and rediscovering their self-belief and purpose.

Notable programmes include a three-year partnership with Heathrow Airport delivering workshops which have been described as ‘life-changing’ for participants.

The team also provided free wellness coaching support during the pandemic through the Aviation Action initiative.

Debbie Green is also a co-host for the Secrets from a Coach podcast, alongside Laura Thomson-Staveley.

The podcast was borne out of the desire to offer guidance about how to become a better leader. It has achieved over 60,000 downloads since launching in September 2020.

Wishfish currently delivers wellness coaching through one-to-one and team coaching sessions. It also provides virtual and classroom-based management and leadership training. They can be bespoke to individual and organisational needs.

The team’s approach focuses on mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. It’s designed to help people reach a more balanced sense of wellbeing and life-work harmony.

To celebrate 20 years successfully helping others, Wishfish is offering a 20% discount for coaching and training booked in October (it can be used anytime in the next 12 months).
