‘It reflects the incredible work of our team’

A focus on the clients’ experience is one of the key reasons for Exeter based Timewade is being shortlisted for this year’s prestigious Nottys Business Awards.

The team are in the running for the Customer Crusaders category with the Managing Director, Jordan Westcott, being recognised as a Finalist in the Fearless Leader category.

Timewade helps businesses across the region with IT solutions, ranging from support in technology through to cyber security and from accounting to manufacturing planning.

The team recently celebrated a major milestone in its corporate journey: 40 years in business. At the time Jordan Westcott, Managing Director of Timewade, recalled joining the business as a 16-year-old Apprentice Engineer in 2008.

He explained he had been ‘passionate about technology but without imagining I’d eventually go on to lead the company.’

He recalled taking on ‘almost every role, from Service Desk to Operations Director, gaining invaluable insight into our business and the clients we serve.’

Fast forward to today and the team are looking to attend the 2025 Nottys Awards Ceremony which is being held on 21 November at Winslade Manor, Exeter.

‘Being shortlisted for two awards at The Nottys is a huge honour. It reflects the incredible work of our team, who are genuinely committed to doing the right thing for our clients every day,’ says Jordan.

‘Proud to see Timewade celebrated for the impact we’re having’

‘Personally, I’m thrilled to be recognised, but even more proud to see Timewade celebrated for the impact we’re having, not just as a tech provider, but as a true business partner.’

Supporters of The Nottys Business Awards say they’re designed to celebrate the ‘individuals and organisations making a bold impact in the world of business.’

They add that the Customer Crusaders award ‘aims to shine a spotlight on businesses that go the extra mile to deliver extraordinary customer experience.’

And they explain that the Fearless Leader award ‘celebrates founders and directors who are making bold moves and creating real change, the leaders who challenge the status quo and push their organisations forward with purpose and passion.’
