Inspiraology explains how it’s course creates a career pathway

Hypnotherapy is fast being seen as a ‘go to’ therapy to help clients gain success in key areas of their life. And that can be anything from being the best in the boardroom through to achieving sporting gold.

One of the top training teams shares some of the key ingredients to help perspective therapists become successful practitioners in an ever expanding sector.

Inspiraology runs 24 fully accredited training centres across the UK with two separate international schools in Poland and Turkey.

The success of the Inspiraology course is based on its in-depth approach to training to ensure graduates can help their future clients achieve their goals.

And that could be from stopping smoking to reducing anxiety levels or from boosting confidence to helping someone get a better night’s sleep.

‘The learning doesn’t simply stop when you successfully graduate,’ explains Matthew Cahill, Director of Inspiraology.

‘Our package provides you with career professional development opportunities so you can be assured that your skillset can be kept up to date with all of the latest techniques and methodologies.’

One of the main training centres is based in London and the team is delighted at the response to training opportunities it can provide to people based in the capital.

‘Setting up successful practices’

‘We’ve seen a significant number of people from a broad spectrum of backgrounds who’ve undertaken the training in London before setting up successful practices in the city and its outer suburbs.’

The course itself is focused on explaining trance states, hypnotic techniques and the communication skills you need when working with clients.

There is a strong focus on the ethical considerations of therapy, and, of course, practical experience of how to work in a clinical setting.

By the end of training, students are expected to have completed an ongoing portfolio which includes answering an exam paper along with providing evidence of supervised client work.

The course explains how hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness in which the individual’s focus and awareness are heightened. This altered state allows them to easily and readily access their subconscious mind.

It means the client and the therapist can help the individual to overcome core issues which might be hindering them in their day to day lives.

‘Accessing deeper levels of thought can have significant therapeutic benefits and we can often see significant changes for a client within a short space of time.’

‘Our training allows you to understand how a single stop smoking session can create successful outcomes for a significant proportion of clients.’

A greater sense of emotional control

Experts point to the benefits of hypnotherapy which can allow clients to experience a greater sense of emotional control – and a better ability to handle their stress responses.

Inspiraology points to its own research which shows how clients often feel more in control of their lives. It also points to the therapy as a powerful tool for personal transformation and growth which creates lasting changes in their lives.

The Inspiraology course meets the required standards set by professional bodies such as the National Board for Hypnotherapy (NBH) and the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy (NBMP).
