Team shares goals for existing wellbeing practitioners
Take a look at the New Horizon Training website and it quickly becomes very clear that Lisa Williams Edgar and Angie Hayes both really know their stuff.
They run continued career professional development training courses for existing hypnotherapy practitioners.
The team provide training in psychotherapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
‘Our aim is to inspire and educate,’ explains Lisa. ‘Our training is designed to instil confidence in those who are committed to helping others on their journey to healing and thriving.’
‘Our courses and events are firmly rooted in the latest research and developments. This dedication to staying current ensures you receive the most up-to-date strategies and insights.’
‘New Horizon Training is recognised worldwide as a Provider of Training Excellence.’
‘We meet the stringent requirements of respected organisations, such as the CPD Standards Office and the Professional Development Consortium.’
CPD events: online and in person
The team, based in Somerset, are practitioners themselves and run a number of CPD events both online and in person. Their goal is to provide a supportive community for course attendees.
‘Beyond training, we are a community of like-minded individuals who believe in the power of growth and support. We provide extensive supporting materials to facilitate your journey.’
‘Whether you are hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, an aspiring mental health professional, a seasoned practitioner, a student or someone on a personal growth path, New Horizon Training welcomes you with open arms.’
‘Our exclusive Facebook community offers you access to a wealth of knowledge, inspiration, and empowerment.’
The team has a number of upcoming events for qualified therapists looking to enhance and hone their skills.
The start of November sees them delving into all of the latest thinking and techniques which can be used to assist people looking to stop smoking – or vaping.
The end of the month will see the team exploring how to help clients change their lives – by taking control of the narrative.
We might not be able to change the past. But the team looks at ways whereby we can help clients find a way forward – and embrace a brighter future. Details of all courses can be found on the team’s website: https://www.newhorizontraining.co.uk/
New Horizon Training holds dual accreditation with the CPD Standards Office and the Professional Development Consortium.
